RESPON KONSENTRASI NUTRISI AB-MIX DAN INTERVAL WAKTU PEMBERIAN PLANT GROWTH PROMOTING RHIZOBACTERIA (PGPR) PADA SISTEM TANAM HIDROPONIK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN SELADA MERAH (Lactuca Sativa L Var. Red Lettuce)

Abstract

This research was conducted to study the effect of ab-mix nutritional concentrations and the time interval for administering plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (pgpr) in the hydroponic planting system on the growth and production of red lettuce (lactuca sativa l var. Red lettuce). The experiment used a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of two factors of four replications. The first factor is: with 3 time intervals of giving plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR): P1 = (7, 14, 21 hst) P2 = (8, 15, 22) P3 = (9, 16, 23). The second factor is: concentration of AB-mix with 3 levels, namely: A1 = concentration of AB-mix 5 ml / L of water, A2 = concentration of AB-mix 6 ml / L of water, A3 = concentration of AB-mix is ​​7 ml / L of water. The administration of PGPR showed a significant effect on the parameters of the treatment for the number of leaves 28, 35, 42 dd, and leaf area 28 dd. The provision of AB-mix nutrition showed a significant effect on plant height at the age of 35 days after observation. The provision of PGPR and AB-mix nutrition showed a significant interaction between the two treatments, namely the observation parameters of plant height with the addition of PGPR (7, 14, 21 dst) time interval treatment and the AB-mix concentration of 6m / l observation age 7, 21, 35 , 42 days after planting, the number of leaves at the time interval for adding PGPR (9, 16, 23 dd) and the AB-mix concentration of 7ml / l pengamtan 42 dd, as well as the leaf area of ​​the time interval for adding PGPR (8, 15, 22 dd) and AB-mix concentration 7 ml / l at the age of observation 21, 28, 35, and 42
