Abstract
.
This study aims to analyze the business model of Eco Fashion and Craft Tetuwuhan, an eco fashion enterprise utilizing the ecoprint technique, through the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The research is grounded in the untapped potential of the fashion industry in Pasuruan Regency, particularly for environmentally friendly products such as hijabs and tote bags with natural motifs. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies, and then mapped into the nine core elements of the BMC. The findings reveal that Tetuwuhan’s value proposition lies in its unique, aesthetically appealing fashion products made from eco-friendly materials, supported by both online and offline distribution channels. Revenue streams are generated from product sales, training sessions, and custom orders, with strategic partnerships involving local communities and e-commerce platforms. The main challenges include enhancing digital branding and sustaining design innovation to expand market reach. In conclusion, the application of BMC in Tetuwuhan effectively identifies strengths, opportunities, and development strategies for a sustainable creative business rooted in community empowerment. Keywords: Business Model Canvas, eco fashion, ecoprint, MSMEs, sustainability.
