ANALISIS FAKTOR PENDORONG KEPUTUSAN PETANI UNTUK MENETAPKAN SISTEM0PANEN PADI DI DESA0SUKOWIDODO, KEC.0KARANGREJO, KAB.0TULUNGAGUNG

Abstract

Age changes affect farmers in choosing the rice harvesting sistem. At present there are several rice harvesting sistems available in the community such as bawon, own harvesting and tebas harvesting sistems as done by rice farmers in Sukowidodo Village, Karangrejo Sub-District, Tulungagung District. What factors influence rice farmers there choose the harvest system. This research was conducted in October - December 2018. The number of samples used was 38 farmers; the data used were primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained using questionnaires and interviews with farmers, then data analysis using multiple linear regressions. The results of the study indicate that the regression equation obtained from this study are: Y0= 2,418 -0,28 x1 + 0,442 x2 -0,105 x3 + 0,253 x4 + 0,215 x5. Simultaneously the variables of age, other occupations, education, gender and land area did not significantly influence farmers' decision making in choosing the rice harvesting sistem in Sukwidodo village. Partially the age variable, other jobs owned by farmers have influence on farmers' decision making in choosing the rice harvesting sistem in Sukwidodo village. The results of partial testing of education, gender and the area of ​​land owned by farmers did not influence the decision-making of farmers in choosing the rice harvesting sistem in Sukowidodo village. The current condition of farmers is shifting to the slash sistem, because it is increasingly difficult to get workers and farmers do not have dependents to hang out the results of the harvest, and quickly get money
