ANALISA FINANSIAL PENGEMBANGAN USAHA TANI APEL VARIETAS MANALAGI (Studi Kasus di Desa Junggo Kec. Bumiaji Batu Jawa Timur)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of production and income of apple farming varieties,
especially financially. the results of the study showed that the initial infestation in farming the
Manalagi apples was Rp. 20,335,000.- and the average production cost per year is Rp. 26.263.742.50
.- Manalagi apples in monoculture but not developed in the village of Junggo based on the results of
the NVP analysis of Rp. 162,805,964.65. So the NPV value is more than zero, which means it is
feasible to be developed. BEP value of Rp. 845.- per kg is smaller than the average price at the farm
level of Rp. 3,000 - per kg. If the capital used comes from credit, it will be repaid in the 9th to 5th
month and the amount of credit needed for capital is approximately Rp. 200,000,000.- with a B / C
ratio of 4.37 more than one which means it is feasible to be developed.
