Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the feasibility of organic mustard green vegetable farming. This research was carried out by collecting data through interviews and observations. Analysis of green mustard farming business uses the R/C Ratio, the result of which is 1.32. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that organic green mustard farming is feasible on a household scale.
