Abstract

This brief study aims to determine the effectiveness of different types of planting land obtained from agricultural waste in a hydroponic NFT cultivation system on the early growth stages of transgenic soybeans. The study methodology uses a simple RAK consisting of six treatments. Each treatment was repeated four times for a total of 24 observation units, and each observation unit was repeated three times. There are five types of planting media: M1 = Apple waste medium; M2 =  moringa waste medium;  M3 = Banana waste medium;  M4 =  coconut waste medium; M5 = medium from pineapple waste; M6 = control using standard AB mix hydroponic culture medium. The results of the research observations are as follows. 1)) Types of agricultural waste media that give good results in terms of plant height, number of leaves, absolute growth rate of plant height, and number of consecutive leaves  are: Pineapple medium (M5), Banana medium (M3), Moringa medium (M2) and Control medium (M6), 2) Coconut medium (M4) and Apple medium (M1) treatments are still subject to control, so leaves There was no real effect on the number of Treatment medium (M6) and 3) pineapple medium (M5) and banana medium (M3) have higher values ??of all variables than the control medium (M6) containing standard organic fertilizer (AB mix).
