Abstract

The development of grape cultivation is still constrained by various factors, one of which is the availability of seeds. Efforts to support and improve grape cultivation are carried out vegetatively to obtain genetically uniform and superior seeds. This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of the interaction between the concentration of Root-up and Bayfolan liquid fertilizer on the growth of grape cuttings; 2) the effect of Root-up concentration on the growth of grape cuttings; 3) the effect of Bayfolan liquid fertilizer concentration on the growth of grape cuttings. The study was conducted using a Randomized Block Design (RAK) which was arranged in a factorial manner, consisting of two factors and repeated 3 (three) times. The first factor is the concentration of Root-up (Z) which consists of 3 levels, namely Z1 = 500 ppm, Z2 = 1,000 ppm and Z3 = 1,500 ppm. While the second factor is the concentration of Bayfolan leaf liquid fertilizer (C) which consists of 3 (three) levels, namely C1 = 2 mL/L, C2 = 3 mL/L, C3 = 4 mL/L. The results of this study were as follows: (1) there was an interaction between ZPT Root up and Bayfolan leaf liquid fertilizer on shoot length at observations 2, 4, and 6 MST as well as root length and number; 2) ZPT Root up affected shoot length at 3, 5 and 7 MST and number of leaves at observations 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 MST, as well as number of shoots, weight of wet and dry stover; 3) application of liquid bayfolan foliar fertilizer affected the weight of wet and dry stover, as well as the number of leaves aged 4 MST, 4) the best concentration of ZPT Root up was 1,500 ppm and bayfolan liquid fertilizer was 3-4 mL/L
